Precious is the moment within which we currently exist. It is too often overlooked due to fear and worry related to the past and future.
Each moment extends beyond any sense of space or time and possesses the answers for which we search. Nothing outside of us comes close to the treasure we possess within this very moment. Let’s explore a bit further to not only gain greater clarity on this but to increase our understanding so that we fully experience this moment.
“Realize deeply that the present moment is all you ever have. Make the Now the primary focus of your life.”
Precious is The Moment that We Possess Right Now
There is nowhere to go and nothing to get because we have it all right now. Just because we overlook this does not make it not so. Increased awareness and understanding will make this quite evident.
We rush here and there in default mode very seldom asking ourselves “why” we are doing what we are doing. When our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions are not aligned we are off-center and experience this as stress, overwhelm, and in many other uncomfortable ways.
It does not need to be this way. We can choose to cherish the moment. In the moment of truth, all is revealed.
Today is the Day
Right this moment, today, demands our attention to express our creativity and unique talents. Today we commit ourselves to being productive and of service to many others.
We must stop postponing the emergence of our Inner Genius and the expression of our inner power. By embracing all fear, doubt, and disappointment we transcend any resistance that shows its face.
This is our time to be the leaders we were meant to be. We enter the rarefied air of all authentic masters and heroes. There is much progress to be made, and it begins now.
Precious is the Moment — Our Legacy Awaits
“It’s about legacy, it’s about moments, it’s about being an icon – I’ll do what I do and the money will flow.”
Beyond all of our daily distractions lies the land of our legacy. Many are mere visitors or tourists to this pristine area of our lives.
True heroes who embrace their Inner Genius are citizens and full-time inhabitants of this land. This is our home. We all exist for a cause much larger than ourselves, and our commitment is to leave this world better than when we arrived.
We are all capable of creating the lives that we truly desire. The same creative force or power that is fueling our current existence can be used to accomplish our heartfelt goals.
Heart-felt is a very important component of any goal or objective that we have. When our emotions are involved we have the added fuel to employ the determination and endurance needed to confront and overcome any roadblocks or challenges that we may encounter along the way.
As we progress our confidence and strength continue to increase so that problems and challenges that once seemed overwhelming are now handled efficiently and effectively, and even welcomed as part of the journey.
We create our legacy not by what we achieve but by who we become.
Precious is the Moment That We Embrace and Love
“Life is the flower for which love is the honey.” — Victor Hugo —
When we love ourselves and others we create the needed atmosphere and momentum to sustain our efforts in all areas of our lives. Precious is the moment when we are guided by our hearts and intuition.
It is our state of mind that is responsible for our awareness of our Genius Selves, as well as the results that we achieve. By thinking in a specific way that is aligned with our goals and objectives, we naturally act along those lines which creates our results.
We have been on autopilot for so long that our default conditioning kicks in immediately and brings us a carbon copy of what we think and believe. Consciously we may say we want this or that, but below the surface, fear and resistance kick in to block those desires.
A little time spent in reflection and jotting down some thoughts and feelings about ourselves, others, and the world, in general, will benefit us greatly. It will bring to the surface what we really think and believe. Those thoughts and beliefs are responsible for what we create in our lives.
When this sinks in and we gain the needed awareness and understanding, it will be abundantly clear that we are never the victim, and there are no accidents or coincidences. Prior to this greater vision, we will be adamant that things and circumstances happen to us and are beyond our control.
Love is the Added Fuel
When we truly love ourselves and others without any limits and conditions we experience a tremendous release and much of the heavy baggage of stress and overwhelm drops off. We see and feel differently about things and others.
We become extremely grateful for just being alive. We let go and allow our intuitive selves to guide the way. And all of this transpires in the present moment without any interference from the past or future.
Unconditional love can only be expressed when we have let go of all resistance to seeing beyond our illusions and false beliefs. Once we test our ideas and beliefs to a sufficient degree, and understanding kicks in, we will have no hesitation to let this excess baggage go.
It will be apparent that we have been living our lives based on a story that we created and not based on truth and reality. Our dreams may be amusing but they do not serve ourselves or others.
All the emotional fuel that has been tied up in resistance and fear can now be released to expand our influence in positive ways. As this resistance is released, what was once an upward battle to achieve our heartfelt desires and goals, becomes an effortless and natural expression of who we really are.
Let us embrace the love within ourselves and move forward in confidence with an awareness of how precious this moment really is. With this increased awareness we can never turn back from fulfilling our destinies.
In Peace and Love within the Light of this very Precious Moment,
Joseph William

Yes Joseph! We spend far to much of our lives getting hung up on past and future events and less time savouring the present. I guess as we get older it’s only then one realises how quickly time has passed so it’s important we cherish the now, live life to the full and fill each day with new adventures. This was a great read so thanks for sharing.
Thanks Dan. I appreciate your thoughts and comments.
