Inspired To Action – And To Do More

Motivation is a poor second place to inspire. It requires constant attention and energy to maintain. When we are inspired to action we do more effortlessly and we are guided by our intuition.   Inspired To Action

Our intuition provides a never-ending fuel to our dreams and aspirations. When we are truly inspired we “want” to do things, and do not feel like we “have” to do stuff to attain our goals.

“Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.”

— Helen Keller —

Inspired To Action — The Easy Way or The Hard Way

We often hear people talk about how difficult things are, or how a lot of folks always choose the hard way to get things done, and they don’t understand why. Well, it is rather simple to discern because unless we are motivated, we don’t want to leave our comfort zone and deal with the uncertainty, thus motivation requires constant refueling.

The refueling process can take the form of books, affirmations, seminars/workshops, coaches/mentors, exercise, meditation, and anything else we use to keep ourselves in the mood to do the things we need to do to get the results we desire.

Now all that stuff is good, and I do a lot of it myself on a daily basis to keep tuned to a higher level of thought and vibration, but I do not use that stuff to motivate me to accomplish the tasks I have set toward my objectives.

When we know exactly what we desire, and we are passionate about it, inspiration kicks in and that carries us to our objectives. There will be detours and challenges along the way, but what we do will seem effortless, because we desire it so much.

Our Perpetual Power Source

Inspiration is self-generating. Once we are aligned to what we truly desire, we have a power source that renews itself. We actually would have to get really creative and think up ways to Not Do what leads us to our desired results.   Inspired To Action

So at this point, we not only get into action on a consistent basis but we are Inspired to Do More. We cannot help ourselves, as we are enjoying the process so much. The journey becomes the reward, and our end result (goal) is merely an additional delight.

Inspired To Action — A Few Keys To Inspiration

Actually, I have already mentioned how to achieve this state, but since it seems so simple (because it is), it may have been overlooked. But by focusing on just these few small steps you will break free, and truly enjoy the journey by detaching yourself from the End Game (Goal or Desired Result).

By doing this the whole process of goal achievement is not only more fun and seemingly effortless, but you will Know it is Certain that your goals will come about.

Here’s all you need to do:

1) Spend as much time as it requires getting clear on what it is you really desire with all your heart and soul.

2) Make sure you are ninety (90%) to one hundred (100%) percent passionate about this desire.

3) Allow all the doubts and false assumptions to surface so you know with what you’re dealing.

4) Dismiss each doubt and the false assumption by mere observation, and keep observing until you totally understand that these ideas are illusions that have been allowed to run your life.

5) Outline the steps in the process needed to get you where you want to go. Work backward from your desired End Result.

6) Take the desired actions once Inspiration kicks in.

Preferably you will be one hundred (100%) percent passionate about your desire, but ninety (90%) percent is sufficient to get inspired. Also, don’t shortchange yourself on the research bit. Dig deep until you hit that “Fountain of Inspiration” which resides alongside your true desires.

This is a process to be enjoyed so don’t get discouraged if it takes a bit to kick start your efforts. Also, expect some, or maybe a lot, of resistance to doing this. That is because habits are hard to break, especially when they are filled with doubts and fears.  Just keep in mind that you are digging for gold, and realize how much you desire it.  Inspired To Action

Once inspiration kicks in, the journey becomes more easy and more fun. But this requires some effort to begin, and as the author, Wallace Wattles mentions in his book The Science of Getting Rich, “Thinking is the hardest and most exhausting of all labor, and hence many people shrink from it.”

Don’t kid yourself; this will require much thought to make your desired discoveries. But it is so much worth it. You are digging for gold with your very own thoughts.

May you Enjoy this Adventure into the very Heart of your Being.

Victory is so sweet but in order to achieve action must and should be taken this is the way to success even if it gets hard at times and it will but as long as we keep our eyes on the prize staying the course we will have success without measure.

    • Thanks Norman for your kind words and reply. Thoughtful actions leads to concrete results. Without thinking with undamaged thoughts we tend to go astray by working hard but our actions are not laser focused and directed toward our goals.

Wish you all the very Best in accomplishing all of your heartfelt dreams.

  2. I like the overall attitude or theme or your website. The Un-Retired/ Inspiring/ energy. You have a wonderful outlook on life and this business. I feel validated. My life goals are right where I want them and I am doing the things I need to do to make them real.
I have fought that motivation/inspiration concept for most of my life. You put it in very clear terms and definitions that I haven’t been able to, thank you.
I’ve been searching for that magic that you call inspiration most of my adult life. The kind of inspiration you describe here that means you don’t have to refuel to keep on.
You have such a well-designed site. Easy to read and navigation makes sense.
Number 1) desire- getting clear on what I desire is a lifelong search as well. All I know is I want to be happy, healthy, wealthy, and wise without killing myself to get there. But we all do don’t we?
