When we landed here on this beautiful planet located somewhere in the vast universe of space and time, we were full of energy and anticipation. And it is this anticipation that keeps us focused and energized.

It is only when we surrender to the intense past conditioning do we become de-energized and actually question at times our very existence. Although we may not do it consciously, doubt and uncertainty surfaces within ourselves where before only enthusiasm and a zest for life existed.

We are told what to think and how to act, as well as being discouraged from expressing our individuality in authentic ways. It’s all about merely fitting in with the status quo and not making any waves or disrupting the norm.

Well, I say it’s about time to be disruptive. It’s time to break loose from this bondage of false ideas and premises that only serve to keep us trapped within our so-called comfort zone that really is not that comfortable at all. When we increase our awareness we then realize that other alternatives exist.

Okay, let’s now get right into it. Let’s discover a few ways to re-energize our lives so that we are not only brimming with a zest for life, but we are exceeding even our most ambitious expectations of what is possible. There are No Limits to what we can be, do, and have.

Re-Discovering Our Youthful Spirit

What it comes down to is that we merely forgot how to enjoy life and have fun. Here’s a quote from a few years ago penned by an American writer that gets to the essence of this subject. This should give us a good start down the path to rediscovering the essence of who we really are.

Now let’s take this quote to heart because by realizing the essence of its message, we are then able to recognize that in order to obtain the desired results in any area of our lives, we MUST live fully right this very moment. How we think and act right now not only determines our future results but more importantly the quality of our present lives.

Before we discuss a few ways to actually light the fire within ourselves that will inspire us to proceed in our desired directions, let’s take some time to ‘pause and reflect’ on what it is we truly desire, and more importantly why we desire it. Once we have this type of clarity in place, the how of getting all this done easily comes into view.

We cannot discover our youthful spirit to energize our lives in the direction we desire to go when we are confused and stuck within the quicksand of our old conditioning. It’s time to change the paradigm. Let’s get started.

Actually these are no secrets at all, but for now, let’s just pretend they are. By doing this, it may make more of a significant impact in our subconscious minds which are willing to accept and buy into anything we feed them with strong belief and emotion.

Let’s review a few key concepts here and then build upon them a bit. I will keep this brief because progress is made with simplicity and avoiding the complex strategies that only serve to keep us stuck because they then seem too hard to do.

Here are the steps to energize our lives in a way that is progressive in nature, seeking to avoid as much stress, uncertainty, and overwhelm as possible. Simply put, when it becomes a struggle we are less likely to follow through. So let’s have some fun with this.

A Few Simple Steps to a Whole New Paradigm

  1. Accept completely where you are right this moment
  2. Identify both the positives and negatives that comprise your present state and be grateful for ALL that has occurred
  3. Determine your ideal destination in life
  4. Recognize the resistance in forms of limiting ideas and uncomfortable emotions and feelings
  5. Create a rough plan (don’t worry it will change along the way) to get to where you want to go
  6. Determine what your Next Step to your destination is to be
  7. Let the games begin (in other words have some fun with this)

It really is no more complicated than that. In fact, it is a rather simple process. If done consistently, it will transport you to any destination you desire no matter the size of the objective or goal. It’s all about being very specific in how we think and how we complete our daily tasks. By being consistent with this, we generate the appropriate amount of “emotional fuel” to drive us past any obstacles or resistance on the way to our goals and objectives.

There are no insignificant moments or insignificant tasks. Life is precious and not to be wasted or taken for granted. When our gratitude for the present moment kicks in, we release the Power of the Present Moment. On the other hand, when we remain unaware, this power is dormant.

We give and receive willingly of all the abundance in which we are most grateful to be immersed.

You now know how to energize your life. It has come down to a simple choice or decision that you are capable of making. This is a case where willpower is our friend. Instead of using our willpower to force things to happen, we now allow the power of our will to energize our decision in favor of more expanded and fulfilling life. We have decided to release our Inner Genius from the confines of its prison, to emerge in order to light the way on our many adventures.

I moved here, and encountered so many obstacles and also some tragic events … I paid a hard price to live in this place I thought to be a paradise.
