Joseph, what an interesting article. Apiranthos sounds just like my sort of place. Quaint, interesting, and authentic. I love looking at Greek architecture, but I also love nature. I am not overly fond of too many tourists. I understand the irony of that as I am a digital nomadess. I was also a chef for decades before I learned to make money online, so I also love good food. I am currently living in Guatemala but will be visiting Europe this Summer, so it
Thank you, Catherine, for your thoughts. All the very best and enjoy your travels.
Hello Joseph,
Apiranthos in Greece seems like it should be on my bucket list for sure! Although I have been to this beautiful country before, what attracts me here is that it seems very quiet and tranquil, perfect to avoid to much tourism. And who can resist such a local cheese, I surely can’t! Thank you as well for all the tips on what to visit and to do there, this is always great to know!

Hi Joseph,
This city in Greece looks so beautiful. I would love to travel the world and see sites like this. I am going to retire in a few years at the age of 70 and I hope my health and finances will allow it. The other problem is that my wife does not like flying or riding on ships. That has put a damper on extensive trips like this for me. Maybe some day, she will consent to trying it out. She has always said we would have to treat her like the A-Team did to Mr. T and give her knock out drops.
Keep up the good posts!

Thanks, Scott. I appreciate your thoughts. Joseph
Hi Joseph,
Apiranthos looks like a beautiful place to visit, and also a very interesting place with a lot of history.
This isn’t the usual place I would normally go abroad to visit, but as I am getting older, I am becoming more interested in places like Apiranthos. It will be 50% an educational visit and 50% a social visit, and if I could do this then that would be most fulfilling.
I will let you know if I eventually do visit Apiranthos and give you my update on how it goes.
Thank you for sharing and keep up the amazing work on your site.
All the best,
Tom
Thanks, Tom. Much appreciated.
